     Fee Schedule

          ♦ Two-Party Sessions at $360 per hour

          ♦ Three-Party Sessions at $400 per hour

          ♦ Four-Party Sessions at $450 per hour

     Minimum Fee

          ♦ If booked for a half day:  two hour minimum

          ♦ If booked for a full day:   four hour minimum

     Cancellation

          ♦ Notice of Cancellation requested at least two business days prior to scheduled Mediation

          ♦ One hour fee may be charged, without courtesy cancellation notice

     Travel Time

          ♦ No charge for 1 hour total travel time

          ♦ Reduced Rate for total travel time over 1 hour

      Document Review

          ♦ Rates apply to review documents, pleadings, records, mediation summaries,

               and other submissions
